The man who makes his living whittling wooden spoons

Barnaby Carder is a special person of London, that was apprenticed of a wooden furniture manufacturated.

He is dedicated to manufacturing spoons. He started to do this iin the Woods for 3 years, and when he had enough money he opened a store in Hackney.

Carder spends all day building spoons in front of the showcase of his shop. People who walk by the Street would like to see how it does, and if they like it, enter in the store and buy a spoon that cost between 12-15 $.

Finally, people sometimes think that he is crazy, because he is all day building spoons, but I think that any person when love to much do something he would want to spend all day making it and enjoy.

Is it ever right for a therapist to cry?

A study by Amy Blume-Marcovici, a clinical psychologist of the Alliant University in San Diego (USA), says that 3/4 of the terapists cried some day listening their patients.

She happened this, and she felt bad because she thought that maybe she had been unprofessional.

The study says that most of the patients have never seen  that their therapists were crying, and that therapists, that has happened this, could be experts or beginners.

The 30% of respondents had cried the last four weeks.

In conclusión, we can say that very often therapists cry, but their patients don't see them, because I think that this would give a bad view of their work, because might seem inexperienced in the subject.

Experts dismiss New Zealand 'sea monster' buzz

Last month a girl (Elizabeth Ann) found, in Pukehina Beach in New Zeland, a strange animal who was buried in sand.

The animal had a rare form, so is difficult to find that animal is. Elizabeth posted a video on YouTube, for experts give their opinión on that animal was. The video was seen by over 600.000 viewers, and people said it could be: a saltwater crocodile, a dinosaur, and even a sea monster.

Finally, the expert Anton van Helden said that the animal is a killer whale, because has almost all the features of this (a large head, tens of Sharp teeth and rudimentary flippers.

Aggressive Skating

 

Aggressive skating is a sport that is practiced in skateparks, or on the streets of the city.

To practice this sport just need special skates for aggressive skating, and depends on the terrain where you practice it, you also need wax to slide better.

The difference with the common skate is that the wheels are wider, and among the four wheels, there is a space to grind better.

The aggressive skating emerged in the 80s, and now California is where the sport is practiced more, but in almost every cityies there are people who practice it.

Finally, I must say, that this sport is hard to learn, because there aren't teachers to teach it, but learned alone, or looking like other more experienced skaters, and especially is difficult to avoid the falls, if you want to learn. But when learning new tricks, the satisfaction is great.

Gisela Pulido

Gisela Pulido since she was 9 years old in 2003, has been one of the best kitesurfers of the world.

She was born in 1994 in Premia de Mar (Barcelona), but later had to move to Tarifa (Cadiz), to practice kite as she studied.

She has won:
-8 times kitesurf world champion feestyle (2004-2011).
-4 times kitesurf world champion PKRA (2007-2011).
-Gold medal in Gravity Games (2005).
-Champion wave Master (2005).
-Junior European Champion (2003).

This year hasn't been the best for her at a competitive level, because she was third in the Worls Cup. But she can't say it's been a bad year, because it has also successfully written a book called "Without fear of falling".

Finally, she still lacks many competitions to win.

Sorbas

Sorbas is a village of Almería province, in Andalucia. It is located in 53 kilometers from the capital.

In this town celebrates one of the best Easter week of Andalucia. It is held at the beginnings of spring, and meets his inhabitants and the residents of the side. In this processions  the band of the village plays. This band is well known because plays in Murcia and Almería too.

Sorbas is known for his salt caves too, much visited by foreigners.

I really like Sorbas because there are my family and my grandparents live in Uleila del Campo (the village of the side).

I like go too, because the people who are are very different and views and ambience too.

Dear Mr. President,

 

Greetings, I am writing to let you know my opinión about the death penalty, because I think that this punishment does not respect human rights, but I do not know if should be allowed, to draw a conclusion, I want to make some questions:

 

When people are sentenced with the death penalti, are you absolutely sure of their guilt?

 

Can the culprits bid their last farewell to their families before they die?

 

The culprits can be dismissed from their families before die?

 

What actions are punished by the death penalty?

 

It depends on the answer, I will consider this penalti to be the appropiate one. When you kill someone if you do not know if he is guilty or not, In my opinion you can't kill this person. And depends on the actions that this person did, you can not kill him either and probably  you can punish him suffering like his victim.

 

In conclition, I can nott accept this rule until you answer this questions.

 

To finish with, I would like to thank you for reading my letter and, needless to say, I would still be more thankful if I could know your view on such an important issue.
